Refund & Cancellation Policy

At WedInKart, we take pride in offering personalized wedding services to make your special day unforgettable. We understand that plans can change, and our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
1. Service Scope
This policy applies to all services directly offered by WedInKart, including event planning, decoration, photography, catering, and other custom wedding packages.
2. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

* Cancellations must be requested in writing with complete booking details.
3. Non-Refundable Charges
- Booking fees or advance payments
- Non-recoverable vendor or supplier charges
- Payment gateway or transaction fees
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days upon approval
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp once initiated
5. Modifications and Rescheduling
Requests for date changes or service modifications must be made at least 15 days prior to the event and are subject to availability and applicable charges.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.). In such cases, we may offer rescheduling or partial refunds at our discretion.
