• Service Fulfillment: Vendors are independently responsible for delivering booked services. Failure to fulfill may lead to suspension or legal action.
• Commission: WedInKart may deduct a platform fee or commission on confirmed bookings. Payouts are subject to customer satisfaction and dispute clearance.
• Legal Compliance: Vendors are responsible for all legal and tax compliances, including GST (if applicable).
• Code of Conduct: Vendors must maintain professionalism. Misbehavior, complaints, or fraudulent acts may result in blacklisting.
• Termination: We reserve the right to remove vendors who violate policies or damage platform integrity.
• Marketing Use: WedInKart reserves the right to use vendor content (images, services) for promotions, unless opted out in writing.
